Welcome to the People of Glenaray
Who are the people?
Where did they come from?
Where did they go to?
How did they live?
What was their place in the wider community?		 This site is the VERY START of bringing together and sharing some of the research that has gone on over the last few decades by descendants of the People of the Townships of Glenaray : Clonary, Killean, Auchnagoul, Auchindrain, Braleckan, Craleckan, Auchintibbert, down into Furnace, along with local researchers.
It will explore the people who were born, married and died at the Townships, their ancestors, descendants, and their stories.
Contributions, suggestions, and corrections are very welcome
