Married: 20th December 1855, Auchindrain to Alexander Munro 1820 - 1901. He was the son of Duncan and Catherine Munro and was born at Auchindrain.

Children:

  • Their first child Christina was born on 18th November 1856 but died on November 30th 1858 of Scarlet fever at 50 Roslyn Place, Burnside Street, Glasgow. She was buried at Southern Necropolis, Glasgow.
  • Their sixth child is Elizabeth born on 4th May at Shandon, Row, Garelochhead, christened on 12th May at Row. Elizabeth dies on 6th January 1870 of measles.
  • All of the other children went to Canada as adults although they did not travel together.

by 1901 Euphemia is a widow but have NOT found Alexanders death yet on Scotlandspeople, or familysearch. She is living at 262 Main Street Shettleston, Barony, North Lanarkshire, with Christina and Jessie who are both working at dressmakers.

Stories:
